OUR LAW FIRM´S HISTORY

begins in the year 1894 when Dr. Rudolf Hauenschild founded the law firm as a lawyer to the royal court. Dr. Rudolf Hauenschild worked as a lawyer in the firm until his death at age 86.

His son Dr. Friedrich Hauenschild joined the firm after his legal studies, he died in 1957.

Dr. Johannes Hock sen, the grandson of the law firm´s founder and nephew of Dr. Friedrich Hauenschild joined of the law firm in 1957 and worked there until he retired at the end of 2015. 

His son Dr. Johannes Hock jun. joined the law in 1987 as a member of the fourth generation.

In 2005, the partnership established in 1987 was reorganized into the current company. 

In 2009, Dr. Beate Krainer-Kopeinig became partner of the company.
